Established Patients - New Clinical Issue

A focused assessment for existing patients who are experiencing a different injury or musculoskeletal condition.
Standard Follow-Up
$125.00
Continued care for ongoing issues, including the review of diagnostic imaging, assessment of recovery progress, and refinement of your treatment plan.
In-Office Procedures
Joint and Soft Tissue Injections
$125.00
This fee covers the clinical procedure and any necessary medication administered during the visit.
Casting, Splinting and Orthopedic Equipment
The expense associated with specialized stabilization tools—including casts, splints, custom braces, walking boots, and crutches—is determined by the nature of the injury and the specific equipment required for optimal recovery.
Since medical supplies and clinical applications are tailored to individual patient needs, final fees are established during your visit. We prioritize open communication and will review anticipated costs with you prior to administering treatment whenever possible.

External and Supplemental Services
Diagnostic Imaging and Testing
Services such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, laboratory work, and physical therapy are managed and billed independently by the respective external facilities.
Should advanced diagnostics be required, we prioritize discussing your options and anticipated out-of-pocket costs before moving forward.
Insurance Information
Ridgeline Sports Medicine operates as a direct-pay practice and does not submit claims to commercial plans, Medicare, or Medicaid.
At your request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that coverage is subject to your specific plan and is not guaranteed.

- A Good Faith Estimate is available as required by law.
- Medication costs may vary and are charged separately when indicated.
- Additional services or procedures will be discussed with the patient before they are performed.
- No-show / < 24-hour cancellation fee: $50.
